what what

I was checking out the winners for the Flash Forward Emerging photographers this year, and what do you know, I see my name on there. I forgot I even submitted my work, and didn't know it was really me until I got an email a couple of days later saying that I was a winner. I guess it's kinda a big deal because they show your work in shows all around the world for the rest of the year. It was a good way to find out.

Cubby's menu

This is Cubby's menu. It's so yummy. My favorite is the beet and goat cheese salad and the quinoa of the day salad and the two sandwiches below. I made sure cubby had some healthy stuff for the ladies because I hate going to restaurants and there's man food but nothing for me to eat. Most of the guys get the Chicago italian beef and the tri tip sandwich. They are a "hole in one" (as our contractor would say).

It's been so hectic these last couple of weeks. Cub and I are running around with our heads cut off. Cub's official first day that he was open was Tuesday. I went there at 11:00 and ended up being there for 14 hours. I was floating. It was hopping the whole day. I expected there to be like 2 people since nobody knows about the place but it was jam packed all day. Yippee! I can't believe it's finally open!

thinking of doing one of these hai cuts on tuesday. which one?? My hair is like a horse tail these days. It goes to a point.

Aly and I painted some little people one night. Aly did the cutest little tiger seen in the background. I look like a polygamist, and Kenya looks like a monster.

We keep finding these on our carpet, they are so nasty.

We watched bentley's chiwawa /pug mix and he humped his beloved pillow 12 hours of the day (11 1/2 hours that he was awake).

Turn my back for one second and see what Jude is getting into.

I got a massage and after my face swelled up like never before. I looked like a botox patient gone wrong. It was like this for two days.

These are the most annoying videos but Jude is in a trance when he watches them. They teach him sign language but Cub and I are convinced it does more harm than good. He doesn't talk he just signs.

I go to this new class at golds gym and it's off the hook. this is the line to get in 20 minutes before. It is the best class, worth the wait.

Aly and I rode up to suncrest one day. We thought we were pretty hard core. I thought I was in really good shape because we only stopped once and then aly just told me she went when it was windy and it was the hardest thing. I've gone up against the wind and I was huffing and puffing the whole time. It was the hardest thing.

Jude is getting 6 teeth at once. It's made him have the runniest nose. Plus I think he caught something nasty in India.

my family has been coming down with melanoma lately. There's been three cases: my dad, Alisa, and Brad. Brad was the first to go get checked out and when he had it we all got checked. He probably saved Alisa and my Dad's life because they both had the tiniest moles that were melanoma.

Found this dead little birdy outside on our doorstep today. Not quite sure how he died, but we called him matchstick birdy.

we watched brenna one weekend. It's the dog drew and marin picked up from the pound. She's old, and has a hobble and they couldn't leave her there. She's a cool dog, has the smelliest farts, but a cool dog.
